Bluebird Development and Design was inspired by the American classical architecture of the 18th century and designed and built this home with simple, elegant proportions.  The stately interior spaces have a contemporary palette with neoclassical elements.  The home has extensive moldings and classic detailing.  Through a bridge a bunkroom, guestroom and bath are found over the garage.  The 12’ ceilings on the main floor and the position of the home allow for wonderful views over the verdant landscape of the neighborhood.
