This home was built in the 1980’s as an estate home in a prestigious, gated neighborhood.  Bluebird Development and Design was charged with the renovation and redesign of this Georgian style home.  All interior architectural features including bathrooms, bedrooms, closets, kitchen, millwork and trim were redesigned.  The kitchen was expanded and a laundry, mudroom, and pantry were added along with an outdoor patio.  The client’s extensive collection of fine European Antiques is mixed with stark white walls, espresso floors, and touches of lucite in an effort to refresh this old relic to 21st century comfort and sophistication.
